My Story

Phenomenal, strong, bold, mystic, independent; One might say that these things are a dynamic combination of everything that would make a magnificent Leader’. I say that these things are the dynamic combination of everything that is me, Essie Marie From the time I was a child, to the very moment I draw breath today, I’ve known I would be something special. I’ve always known my face would be seen, my voice heard, my goals reached.

I’m the Founder of The Angelic Ones, and an International Mindfulness, certified Sound Healing, Breathwork Practitioner, mediating energy channel and Kabbalist. In addition, a Human Behavioral Specialist with over 20 years of professional experience, helping clients navigate stressful environments and rediscover their true selves. I hold a Master of Art in Teaching with a specialization in Human Behavior, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology specializing in Human Sexuality.

In 2017, I remember feeling frustrated, blocked, anxious, and lost because of a credential exam I was close, but never passed. The feelings of inadequacy, sadness, fear, shame, denial, flooded my mind and soul. The process of Self-Discovery emerged, and the Universe began to deliver and speak to me in ways I never imagined. I encountered a Medium, the medium stated she can hear different entities, Jesus was one of them. During our session, she stated, “Jesus was present”. I asked the Medium to ask Jesus, “why I have not passed the Exam”. She stated, “Jesus said, “Why would I want you to do something that would not make you happy”. Those words permeated my entire being. It was refreshing, to let go of all expectations I held myself accountable for, due to wanting to please myself/outside sources (job, family, friends, society).

My quest, for deeper understanding was ignited. I asked myself deeper questions. Who am I, What is my purpose? The Quest for knowledge and knowing took me on several experiences. One experience, change my life forever, occurred on a calm winter night in 2018. I attended a Breath work and Sound Bath session led by John Paul Crimi and Ana Netanel. From the experience, I entered a state of deep spiritual awakening, and understanding of what my life purpose was moving forward. This moment of deep awareness prompted my journey to re-design my life, start a business into a more purpose-driven practice, that incorporates my love of the arts.
